Radio Content Intern
We are seeking creative, dependable interns interested in gaining hands-on experience in radio, digital media, entertainment, and content marketing.
This internship is ideal for students studying Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, Journalism, Broadcasting, Public Relations, or a related field who want experience creating content around a live media environment.
Responsibilities may include:
- Capture behind-the-scenes photo and video content during radio shows, interviews, events, and activations
- Create short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms
- Identify strong moments from shows and interviews that can be repurposed into clips
- Assist with graphics, captions, promotional content, and content calendars
- Organize and label photo/video assets
- Assist with campaign rollouts and special promotions
- Help turn live moments into digital stories that extend beyond the broadcast
- Participate in brainstorming and content-planning sessions
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a strong interest in social media, digital storytelling, entertainment, radio, or marketing
- Understands current social media platforms and trends
- Can take clear direction while also bringing ideas to the table
- Communicates well and meets deadlines
- Is comfortable working in a fast-paced, live environment
- Is willing to learn and accept feedback
Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, photography, video editing, or graphic design is a plus, but we are also interested in students looking to develop these skills.
Schedule: Part-time with a combination of in-person and remote work. Some opportunities may include mornings, evenings, weekends, events, and live broadcasts depending on availability.
Location: Broward County / South Florida
Students with reliable transportation are strongly preferred. A valid passport is a plus for interns interested in future travel opportunities.
This is a hands-on learning opportunity designed to help students leave with real projects, portfolio material, professional references, and experience working within an active media operation.
