Organizational Description:
Established in 2005, Kings Sports has grown to be a successful company that focuses on youth baseball in the Cincinnati area. We manage youth baseball tournaments in the spring and summer for 1,000+ participating teams, a youth baseball league, and fall events.

Job Description:
The Operations Intern will support all our company activities, including youth baseball tournaments, sports complex management, youth leagues, and web-based services.
· Responsibilities Include
- Manage registrations, collection, and tracking of payments, awards, field allocations, and communications to event staff.
- Assist in the promotion and marketing of the events, including social media.
- Manage logistics and organization of the event, staff, officials, and game schedules, and serve as a Site Manager during the event.
· Skills Needed
o Well organized and self-motivated.
o Have a strong attention to detail.
o Willingness to help with a variety of programs, tasks, and duties.
o Sports management background preferred.
o Ability to lift 50 pounds; must have a driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Time Frame for Internship
The term of the Summer internship is approximately 8-10 weeks (April 1- July 15) with an average of 25-35 hours per week during that period. The actual schedule will be event-dependent. Intern must be available to work nights and weekends during the spring.
