Born Kickers inspires and nurtures the love of soccer in 2-6-year-old boys and girls. Our coaches teach the sport in a positive, healthy, and safe environment – where children gain the benefits of team athletics and develop a passion for the global game. Born out of the Manhattan Kickers Football Club, the program has helped guide hundreds of young players towards their soccer aspirations.

About the Role

Born Kickers is looking for a Soccer Coach to lead and support youth soccer sessions for children ages 2–6. Whether you're stepping in as a lead or supporting coach, you'll play a direct role in shaping young players' first experiences with the game — making sure every session is fun, safe, and full of energy.

What you'll do

- Plan and run age-appropriate soccer sessions for toddlers and young children - Create a positive, encouraging environment where kids feel confident and excited to participate - Communicate clearly with parents before, during, and after sessions - Coordinate with other coaches and program staff to ensure smooth operations - Adapt activities to the needs and skill levels of individual children - Uphold Born Kickers' standards for safety, inclusion, and player development

About you

- Experience coaching or working with young children (ages 2–6 preferred) - Knowledge of soccer fundamentals - Patient, energetic, and genuinely great with kids - Reliable and professional — parents and staff count on you - Background in physical education, sports management, kinesiology, or a related field is a plus
