Office Assistant - In Reach Therapy
Part-Time | $19/hour | 2–3 days per week | Flexible scheduling
In Reach Therapy is a neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed occupational therapy (OT) and speech-language pathology (SLP) practice. We provide individualized, relationship-based care to children, teens, and families while creating an environment where clients and clinicians can show up as their authentic selves.

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and enthusiastic Office Assistant to join our team!

This is an entry-level position that would be especially well-suited for a student studying speech-language pathology, occupational therapy, education, psychology, or a related field who is interested in gaining experience in a therapy practice.

This position offers an opportunity to learn about the administrative side of a healthcare practice while also getting some hands-on exposure to OT and SLP services.

Position Details:
● Pay: $19/hour
● Schedule: 2–3 days per week
● Hours: Part-time
● Schedule: Flexible based on availability; we are willing to work with a student's school
schedule
● Reports to: Billing & Office Manager
● Works closely with: Therapy Office Coordinator and OT/SLP clinicians

What You'll Do:
The Office Assistant will help keep our clinic organized, running smoothly, and connected with the families and clinicians we serve. 

Responsibilities may include:
Administrative & Office Support
● Scanning and organizing incoming mail
● Sending outgoing mail as needed
● Scanning assessments, protocols, and other clinical documents
● Setting up and organizing new clinician binders
● Helping maintain organized office and clinical materials
● Supporting general administrative projects as needed

Marketing & Communications
● Assisting with social media posts and scheduling
● Helping create and send newsletters
● Designing and ordering marketing materials
● Creating flyers, handouts, and other materials for clinicians and the practice

Clinical Support
● Creating and preparing materials for OT and SLP clinicians
● Preparing therapy activities and resources
● Assisting with OT and/or SLP therapy groups when needed
● Supporting clinicians with setup and cleanup before and after groups or activities
● Learning about the day-to-day operations of an OT and SLP practice

Experience & Education:
Previous experience working with children, families, healthcare settings, or administrative tasks
is a plus, but not required.
