Behavior Technician

Behavior Technician (Full-Time & Part-Time) – Bonus Available!

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide 1:1 behavioral support to children and teens
  • Implement individualized treatment plans
  • Teach language, social, and daily living skills
  • Help reduce challenging behaviors using evidence-based strategies
  • Collect data and collaborate with your clinical team

We serve clients across:

  • San Fernando Valley
  • Burbank, Glendale, Pasadena
  • West and Central Los Angeles
  • Santa Clarita Valley

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Passion for working with children
  • Willingness to travel to client homes and/or schools
  • Valid California driver’s license & auto insurance (if driving between clients)
  • Ability to pass a background check and TB test

Preferred Qualifications

  • 30 semester units with majors in psychology, child development, or related field
  • Experience working with children (e.g., childcare, tutoring, coaching, volunteering)
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
