Marketing Strategy Advisor

Time Commitment: 2-4 hours per month

About the Role

Unity Bands is seeking an experienced marketing professional to serve as a Marketing Strategy Advisor and provide strategic guidance to our Marketing team and organizational leadership.

This is a low-commitment volunteer advisory role for someone with strong professional marketing experience, particularly in marketing strategy.

What You'll Do

  • Provide insight on potential marketing plans with actionable recommendations
  • Help to identify opportunities that can strengthen Unity Bands' brand and marketing effectiveness
  • Provide professional guidance on marketing strategy, positioning, campaign, and audience growth
  • Participate in periodic meetings and strategic touchpoints
  • Serve as a mentor and thought partner to marketing team members

Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who exhibit:

  • 3+ Years of Marketing Experience
  • Marketing Experience
  • Previous Ownership of Marketing Campaigns
  • Degree in a related field (Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, Public Relations, etc.)
  • Previous Ownership of large Marketing Campaigns
  • Experience leading a team is a plus
  • Previous experience in Marketing Content Creation, SEO, Employer Branding is a plus
