Entry Level Supervisor Positions for Hotels, Resorts, and Marinas

Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite

We are seeking motivated, service-oriented candidates for entry-level supervisor positions at hotels, resorts, and marinas across multiple locations. These roles are ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to launch a career in hospitality management.

Responsibilities: - Supervise front-line staff including housekeeping, front desk, food & beverage, or marina operations teams - Ensure guests receive exceptional service by addressing concerns promptly and professionally - Assist in scheduling, training, and onboarding new team members - Monitor daily operations to maintain quality and efficiency standards - Coordinate with department heads to resolve operational issues - Complete shift reports and maintain accurate records - Uphold property standards for cleanliness, safety, and presentation

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business, or related field preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to lead and motivate a team - Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays - Customer-first mindset with a professional demeanor. Hourly experience in the hospitality industry

Nice to Have: - Prior leadership experience in hospitality, marina, or resort settings - Familiarity with POS Systems and/or property management systems (PMS) - CPR/First Aid certification (especially for marina roles)
