We are launching CitaCoffee (www.CitaCoffee.com), a safety-first social meetup platform that helps people build authentic offline connections. In an increasingly digital yet socially isolated society, CitaCoffee’s mission is to combat loneliness and provide a secure, real-life meetup and dating tool that actively reduces online scams and catfishing.

We are launching CitaCoffee across California and hiring motivated AI Social Marketing Interns to bring our responsible dating and social meetup movement to college campuses and local communities.

The Role: 

As an AI Social Marketing Intern, you will drive organic user growth on your campus and in your local community, helping students transition conversations off their screens and into local coffee shops.

Key Responsibilities:

• User Acquisition: Pitch the CitaCoffee app to peers, clubs, and campus organizations.
• Event Activation: Plan and host engaging pop-up coffee events on or near campus that demonstrate the app's local matching feed, which keeps meetups within easy walking or driving distance.
• Local Partnerships: Collaborate with our growth team to secure local coffee-shop partnerships to serve as designated meetup spots, supporting word-of-mouth discovery.
• Product Feedback: Collect feedback from new users on the free tier and report key insights back to our product team.

Who We're Looking For:

• Mindful, forward-thinking individuals passionate about human connection in the AI era.
• Currently enrolled student at an accredited 2-year or 4-year college/university in or near the Los Angeles or San Diego areas.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Outgoing and confident approaching new people and talking with strangers about the product.
• Deeply familiar with local campus culture and coffee spots.
• Self-motivated starter capable of managing a flexible schedule and meeting weekly targets.

Compensation & Schedule:

• Job Type: Internship (Part-Time / Flexible Hours)
• Pay Rate: $19.00 – $22.00 / hour
• Location: Hybrid / On-Campus (Los Angeles & San Diego areas)
