Installation Coordinator – Russian Speaking

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour

 

Sam's Air Control is looking for an organized, reliable, and motivated Installation Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a newly established role responsible for keeping installation projects organized and moving efficiently from sale through completion.

 

Responsibilities

  • Track newly sold and in-process installation projects
  • Coordinate installation schedules and crew availability
  • Communicate with sales, office staff, customers, municipalities, and installation teams
  • Coordinate subcontractors and vendors
  • Maintain job records, project specifications, and installation documentation
  • Manage permits, warranties, labor warranties, OBR paperwork, and financing documentation
  • Ensure installation payments are properly processed and funded
  • Follow up on outstanding items and help prevent project delays

This position will consolidate responsibilities previously handled by multiple team members, so organization, initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly are essential.

 

Requirements

  • Fluent Russian speaking is required.
  • Professional and engaging phone communication
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and general computer systems
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Fast learner who is comfortable adapting to new systems and processes

We will train the right candidate on our internal systems and processes, but you must be dependable, organized, and willing to take ownership of your responsibilities.
