  • Balance multiple research assignments and deadlines across different client projects
  • Help improve research processes, tools, templates, and internal knowledge resources
  • Take on additional responsibilities as skills and experience grow

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is intellectually curious and enjoys learning about unfamiliar topics. The right candidate can move comfortably between detailed research and big-picture thinking and understands that good research goes beyond finding information. It requires determining what matters and why.

Qualifications include:

  • Currently completing a bachelor’s degree in project management, business, marketing, economics, communications, research, analytics, social sciences or a related field; or
  • Or already holds a bachelor’s degree and is currently pursuing a project management certification or credential
  • Strong research, analytical, and critical-thinking skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to organize and synthesize information from multiple sources
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with a team
  • Strong time-management skills with the ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
  • Ability to use AI tools effectively for research, analysis, synthesis, and problem-solving while applying sound judgment to validate outputs and sources
  • Interest in strategy, innovation, market research, consulting, or project management
  • Willingness to learn new industries, technologies, and business topics quickly

What You’ll Gain

This role provides the opportunity to build experience at the intersection of market research, strategy, innovation, and project management. You’ll have opportunities to:

  • Conduct research that directly informs real client projects and strategic decisions
  • Build experience across a wide variety of industries and business challenges
  • Develop stronger research, synthesis, analytical, and presentation skills
  • Learn how research moves from raw information to insights and ultimately to strategic recommendations
  • Gain exposure to consulting and client-service environments
  • Develop practical project-management skills while contributing to active engagements
  • Work closely with an experienced team and take on greater responsibility as your capabilities grow
  • Be considered for full-time employment following graduation or completion of your degree, based on performance, business needs, and mutual fit

Who Thrives in This Role

You’ll likely enjoy this position if you’re the person who naturally wants to know “Why is that happening?” “What else is influencing this?” and “What does this mean?”

We’re looking for someone who is resourceful, dependable, comfortable with ambiguity, and willing to dig deeper when the answer isn’t immediately obvious. Strong candidates will enjoy both the investigative side of research and the discipline required to keep projects and information organized.
