What You Will DoJoin our team as an Aircraft Operations Aviation Intern and gain hands-on experience in the dynamic field of corporate aviation. Reporting directly to the Assistant Chief Pilot, you will work closely with experienced mentors to support a variety of projects and tasks. This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn about the operations of a corporate flight department and develop skills applicable to a career in aviation.
Key responsibilities include:Assist with domestic and international flight planning and operations.Support aircraft maintenance and servicing activities.Contribute to customer service initiatives to ensure a seamless experience.Participate in aircraft and crew scheduling processes.Assist with flight planning and related documentation.Gain exposure to safety management systems and their implementation.Learn about security protocols and compliance with IS-BAO standards.Perform various office duties and collaborate on special projects with team mentors.
Qualifications You Must Have:Currently pursuing a degree in a STEM-related field and actively enrolled through the duration of the internship session.Private Pilot Certificate.Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word).
Qualifications We Prefer:Instrument Rating.Minimum GPA of 3.0.Understanding of basic engineering concepts.Experience using programming languages.
