Security Supervisor

A large Manhattan housing cooperative in the Chelsea area seeks a Full-time security supervisor with experience. It is a 32BJ union position with benefits (medical, dental, pension, and 401 (k), just to name a few). Candidates must be able to obtain New York State Special Patrolman status. This requires candidates to live in the 5 boroughs. The operation is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so candidates must be flexible and willing to work all shifts. Candidates will be responsible for supervising, deploying, accounting for, and evaluating the performance of security personnel assigned to the tour. Must have excellent customer service, conflict resolution skills, and communication skills.
