Field Rep | $17/hr W-2 + Bonus + Commission

First sales job? We train you. Get paid hourly while you learn, with real upside. Flexible around classes, weekends welcome. Inland Empire & Orange County.

Pay

  • $17/hr W-2 base pay, including paid training
  • Monthly bonuses up to $4,000, based on qualified appointments that show
  • Commission when an appointment you set turns into a closed deal
  • We'll walk through exactly how bonuses and commission work at your interview

What you'll do

  • Knock doors and drop flyers in assigned neighborhoods
  • Start friendly conversations about home backup battery options (scripts and training provided)
  • Book consultations for interested homeowners
  • Log your appointments in our system
  • This role sets appointments and does not close sales

Schedule

  • Part-time and full-time openings, 15+ hours/week
  • Flexible around classes, weekends welcome
  • Weekly team check-in Mon or Thu at 1:00 PM in Upland (attend one)

You'll do well if you're

  • 18 or older
  • Outgoing, reliable, and coachable
  • Comfortable talking with new people outdoors
  • No experience needed
