Operations Intern

As Tap CRE's Operations Intern, you'll run the front of house for our Detroit commercial real estate firm. You'll be the first voice our clients hear and the person who keeps our brokers organized. That means answering phones and greeting clients, building polished marketing packages for our property listings, and managing calendars, files, deal documents and follow-ups. You'll also use AI tools to draft, organize and turn work around faster. You must follow instructions precisely and ask when something is unclear; this is non-negotiable. We're also looking for someone who stays level-headed and quick on their feet, is fluent with computers and AI tools, and brings a creative eye for design. No industry experience is needed: we'll teach you commercial real estate fundamentals, how to build a listing package and the systems we run on. Drone or photography skills are a bonus.
