Teacher – Kid’s World Learning Center

The Teacher is responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, engaging, and positive classroom environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. Teachers are expected to build strong relationships with children and families while supporting the daily routines, curriculum, and overall goals of Kid’s World Learning Center.

Job Expectations: 

- Provide attentive, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate care to all children. - Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and welcoming classroom. 

- Implement daily curriculum, activities, and classroom routines. 

- Actively supervise children at all times and follow all licensing and safety requirements. 

- Communicate positively and professionally with families, coworkers, and school leadership. 

- Arrive on time, maintain dependable attendance, and be ready to actively participate in the classroom. 

- Work collaboratively with other teachers and leadership to support the needs of the children and school. 

- Complete required documentation, training, and other assigned classroom responsibilities.

Above all, teachers are expected to bring a positive attitude, patience, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to providing children and families with an exceptional early learning experience.
