Green, Maxville and Associates is looking for motivated students who want to gain meaningful, hands-on experience while earning $25–$30 per hour.

This is an excellent opportunity for students interested in becoming a BCBA, BCaBA, psychologist, counselor, social worker, special education teacher, occupational therapist, or other helping professional.

We understand that school comes first. Our part-time positions offer flexible scheduling that can work around your college classes while giving you valuable experience working directly with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.

Green, Maxville and Associates (GMA) has been providing Applied Behavior Analysis and behavioral services in Missouri for nearly 30 years. We provide individualized services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and adults with developmental disabilities.

What You'll Do

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes and community settings

Implementing individualized treatment and behavior-support programs developed by a BCBA

Teaching communication, social, daily living, and independence skills

Collecting data and documenting client progress

Helping clients practice skills in real-life situations

Communicating with BCBAs, families, and other members of the treatment team

Participating in ongoing supervision, training, and professional development

Maintaining professional and confidential client records

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required

Current college students are strongly encouraged to apply

Students pursuing degrees in psychology, behavior analysis, special education, education, social work, human services, or related fields are especially encouraged to apply

RBT certification is preferred; candidates who are not currently certified must be willing to complete the required training and certification process

Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is helpful but not required

Dependable transportation is required, as services are provided in clients' homes and community settings

Must be dependable, professional, compassionate, and comfortable working independently

Strong communication skills and willingness to learn are essential
