Retail Operations Manager

The role:
You'll run day-to-day operations across our retail store and wholesale business, keeping the store polished, orders accurate, and our team supported. Our offices currently share a space with our primary retail location, in the Miami Design District, and you'll support and upcoming move to get a separate office space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily retail operations, store standards, opening/closing procedures, and overall operational efficiency.
- Oversee wholesale order fulfillment.
- Lead, train, schedule, and coach retail and fulfillment employees.
- Monitor sales, fulfillment accuracy, inventory levels.
- Oversee inventory receiving, stocking, cycle counts, replenishment, transfers, and inventory accuracy across retail.
- Help develop and implement procedures that support business operations and growth.
- Support upcoming
- Coordinate customization procedures, including customer requirements, production details, quality checks, timelines, and final delivery.
- Review contractor work, confirm completion of services, and address ongoing maintenance.
Physical requirements:
- Routinely move, transport, and lift heavy packages or materials weighing up to 50 pounds across floors while frequently standing, walking, or bending.
Salary range:
- Salary range for this role is $60,000-$70,000 depending on experience.
- Commissions structure bonus of 3.5% - 5% on sales.

Our current Retail Operations Manager is leaving for a new opportunity at the end of October and we hope to have a candidate shadow them for a couple days before they depart. These days will be paid.
This is a full-time role based around a standard retail schedule, not a Monday-Friday 9-6 schedule. Exact working days are subject to company needs and candidate's availability, and can change as time goes on.
