About the RoleWe're looking for a licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our clinical team. You'll provide direct therapeutic services to individuals navigating a range of mental health challenges — anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and more. This is a role for someone who takes their clinical work seriously and wants a caseload they can actually manage.
What You'll Do- Conduct thorough intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans- Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and ethical standards- Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, and other providers as part of a multidisciplinary team- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed- Participate in regular clinical supervision and team meetings- Respond to crisis situations with sound clinical judgment
About You- Active licensure in California (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist)- Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field- Experience with evidence-based treatment modalities (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, etc.)- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and using electronic health record systems
Nice to Have- Experience working with specific populations (adolescents, older adults, veterans, etc.)- Bilingual in Spanish- Experience with telehealth platforms
