About the Role
We're looking for a Revit Technician / Drafter to join our structural engineering team. This role is at the center of how we produce and manage our project deliverables — you'll be the person keeping our BIM models accurate, coordinated, and moving forward. It's hands-on technical work that directly shapes the quality of what we deliver to clients.
What you'll do
- Build, edit, and manage Revit BIM models for structural engineering projects- Produce structural drawings and construction documents from engineer markups and direction- Coordinate with engineers and project managers to keep models current through design changes- Maintain BIM standards, templates, and file organization across projects- Review models for clash detection and coordinate with other disciplines (architectural, MEP) as needed- Support the team with plotting, sheet setup, and document control tasks
About you
Required:- Hands-on experience with Revit in a structural, civil, or architectural environment- Working knowledge of structural systems (steel, concrete, masonry, wood) and how they're detailed- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple active projects
Nice to have:- Familiarity with AutoCAD or other CAD tools- Experience with BIM coordination workflows (Navisworks, BIM 360, or similar)- Degree or certificate in drafting technology, civil/structural engineering technology, architecture, or a related field- Experience in a structural or civil engineering firm
