We are working with a highly regarded hedge fund in New York that is looking to add a Junior Operations professional to its growing team.

This is a great opportunity to join a small, highly collaborative team where you will work closely with senior leadership and have exposure across the operational and strategic side of the business. The team comes from some of the industry's leading hedge funds, and the firm's founder has an exceptional investment track record.

The role is intentionally broad and offers significant room to grow. You will initially work across compliance, accounting, and strategic business operations, with the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility as the firm continues to grow.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day fund operations and accounting, working closely with the CFO and external service providers
• Assist with compliance, reporting, documentation, and regulatory requirements
• Track and maintain information relating to investors, capital, and fund activity
• Support investor-related processes and help maintain accurate investor records
• Assist with strategic and business-growth initiatives as the firm expands
• Help analyze and organize financial and operational data
• Work closely with the CFO and senior members of the team on ad hoc projects
• Take ownership of projects and processes as the role develops
