WHAT YOU'LL DO: 

As an Appointment Setter, you will connect with people: Speak with federal employees and introduce them to retirement and benefit consultation opportunities. Schedule appointments: Set virtual consultations for experienced retirement professionals. Follow a proven process: Use established scripts, Salesforce CRM and structured workflows. Achieve your goals: Work toward weekly performance targets and earn bonuses based on your results. Grow with your team: Participate in coaching, ongoing training and a team culture centered on accountability and success. 

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

$15/hour W-2 base pay plus weekly performance bonuses Health, dental and vision insurance for full-time employees Paid time off (PTO) for eligible full-time employees Company-sponsored trips and performance-based incentives Consistent weekday schedule: Monday–Friday, 7 a.m.–3 p.m. CST Career advancement: 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

A confident, friendly communicator who enjoys talking with people. A self-motivated individual who thrives in a goal-oriented environment. A coachable team player with a strong work ethic and a desire to improve. Someone who takes ownership of their performance and follows through on commitments. Reliable transportation and the ability to commute daily to our Nacogdoches office. Previous sales, customer service or call center experience is a plus, but not required. We're willing to train the right person.
