Job title: Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – In Person

ASAP ABA, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and clinically skilled BCBA to support children and families through in-person ABA services in the Temecula Valley and North San Diego County. Join a clinician-led team that values individualized care, collaboration, and meaningful progress in children’s everyday lives.

What you’ll do

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Create and update behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs
• Supervise, train, and provide practical feedback to behavior technicians
• Coach caregivers on strategies they can use in daily routines
• Review client data and adjust treatment based on progress
• Collaborate with families, schools, and other providers as appropriate
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

What we’re looking for

• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Experience providing ABA services to children and families
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and supervision skills
• A collaborative, compassionate approach to caregiver support
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client service locations in the assigned area

This is a part-time, in-person position. Scheduling and case assignments depend on client needs, clinician availability, and geographic fit.
