Certified Home Health Aide (HHA)

What you'll do:

Provide hands-on personal care and assist with daily living activities
Follow individualized care plans and document care as required
Support client independence while keeping them safe and comfortable
Communicate with clients, families, and care team as needed
What we're looking for:
Active HHA certificate (required, must be certified to apply)
Eligible to work in the US
English fluency. Spanish, Russian, Mandarin a plus but not required. 
High school diploma or GED
Must provide relevant and verifiable employment history for the past 12 months
Must pass background check, TB test, and provide proof of MMR and Hepatitis B
Live within 30 mins of Upper East Side Manhattan and Brooklyn 
Schedule options: Full-time, part-time, per diem, you choose. Weekdays, weekends, mornings, evenings, nights available.
