We are a fast-growing embroidery and digital print shop specializing in custom apparel, uniforms, promotional products, and creative designs for local businesses, schools, and events. Position Overview

As an Embroidery & Digital Print Intern, you’ll assist with daily shop operations, including production, helping with machine setup, learning production processes, and supporting customer projects from concept to completion. This is a great opportunity for students or young professionals interested in fashion, textiles, design, or small business operations.

Responsibilities

Assist with embroidery machine setup and operation

Help prepare artwork and digital files for printing

Support production of custom apparel and promotional items

Maintain a clean, organized workspace

Collaborate with the design team on creative projects

Learn basic maintenance and troubleshooting for equipment

Assist with order tracking and customer service as needed

Qualifications

Interest in design, fashion, or digital printing

Basic computer and graphic design skills (Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop)

Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn

Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

No prior experience required — training will be provided
