Flexible After-School Teaching Jobs – San Rafael & Novato
The Education Team is looking for part-time after-school staff to support programs in Marin County. Work with students in grades TK–8, choose your schedule, and make an impact after school!
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and engage students
- Lead or assist with activities (art, sports, homework help)
- Support program structure and routines
Schedule:
- Part-time, Monday–Friday — you choose your days
- Shifts typically 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM (earlier on minimum days)
Requirements:
- High school diploma (AA/BA earns more)
- Ability to pass a background check
