Part-Time After-School Tutor

BrightBrains is looking for a friendly, patient, and dependable After-School Tutor who enjoys working with children.

Responsibilities

Work directly with elementary and middle school students

Help students with Math, English, homework, and academic activities

Explain concepts in a clear and encouraging way

Keep students engaged and focused during sessions

Support students with different learning needs and abilities

Create a positive, welcoming, and safe learning environment

Qualifications

Enjoys working with children and helping them learn

Patient, responsible, and energetic

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable managing and engaging small groups of students

College students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply

Previous tutoring, childcare, mentoring, or teaching experience is a plus, but not required

Job Type: Part-Time
Schedule: After-school hours
Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and/or Friday
Hours: Approximately 5:00–8:00 PM
