About the Role

We're looking for a Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team in Linden, MI. This isn't a high-volume, churn-and-burn spa setup. You'll have time to actually work with clients, understand what they need, and deliver sessions that make a real difference — whether that's deep tissue, Swedish, or something in between.

What You'll Do

- Conduct client intake assessments and review health history before each session- Provide therapeutic massage services tailored to each client's needs and goals- Maintain accurate client records and session notes- Keep your treatment room clean, stocked, and ready between appointments- Recommend follow-up session schedules and home care practices as appropriate- Communicate professionally with front desk staff and other practitioners on the team

Requirements

- Active Michigan massage therapy license (required before start date)- Strong working knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and contraindications- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently- Good communication skills — with clients and coworkers alike

Nice to Have

- Experience with specialty modalities (hot stone, prenatal, sports massage, myofascial release)- Background in a clinical or chiropractic setting- Familiarity with electronic health record or scheduling software
