Independent Contractor Opportunity
This opportunity is offered on a 1099 independent contractor basis. Contractors are not employees of Restoravet Outreach Group LLC and are responsible for their own applicable taxes, transportation, and ordinary business expenses unless otherwise stated in a specific campaign Statement of Work.
Available campaign opportunities may include private-site fundraising, retail locations, community events, and other approved face-to-face locations. Contractors may accept or decline available campaign opportunities in accordance with their Independent Contractor Agreement and applicable Statement of Work.
Compensation
This is a performance-based opportunity rather than an hourly position.
Independent contractors earn compensation based on validated donor acquisitions, with opportunities to earn additional performance incentives for achieving applicable campaign KPIs and quality standards.
Specific commission rates, validation requirements, bonus opportunities, payment schedules, and any applicable adjustment or chargeback provisions will be provided before a contractor accepts a campaign assignment.
