About the RoleYou'll step into one of the most cross-functional roles we have — sitting at the intersection of business development and marketing, touching the processes that drive how we grow and how we're perceived. This isn't a coffee-and-copies internship. You'll own real work from day one.

What You'll Do- Help manage and execute critical business development processes, including prospect research, outreach support, and pipeline tracking- Support marketing initiatives: content drafts, campaign coordination, and keeping our materials sharp and current- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and inform strategy- Coordinate across internal teams to make sure BD and marketing efforts stay aligned- Track performance metrics and put together clear, concise reporting- Jump in on special projects as business needs shift

About You- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field- Strong written and verbal communication skills — you can write a tight email and present an idea clearly- Comfortable with ambiguity; you figure things out rather than waiting to be told- Detail-oriented without losing sight of the bigger picture- Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing platforms, or basic data analysis is a plus- Genuinely curious about how businesses grow
