2027 HR Intern (Philadelphia)

Internship Program: 

Interns will have the opportunity for personal and professional development while gaining insight into future career opportunities within our firm. The 10-week program will run from June to August 2027. Program highlights include networking events, a final group project, volunteer opportunities, social outings, and exposure to professionals in all areas of the business. 

The internship will be based out of our Philadelphia, PA location. This is a hybrid position, and the intern will be required to work in the office at least three days per week, or possibly more based on business needs.

OVERVIEW: 

This internship offers hands-on exposure to a broad range of HR functions, including talent management, talent acquisition, employee engagement and inclusion, HR operations, total rewards data analytics and special projects. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, highly organized, and interested in building a foundation in Human Resources within a professional services environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:  

This internship will support day-to-day HR activities across recruiting, onboarding, employee experience, HR operations, and administrative processes. This is a heavily project-based role, and candidates will need to assist as needed with various short-term projects within the HR department. The intern will also look for ways to optimize current processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

This internship will help you build professional skills, gain exposure to the wealth management industry, and broaden your understanding of a corporate environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:  

  • Must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program and a rising senior, (graduating between May 2028 - December 2028).
  • We accept varying majors, business majors preferred. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with proactive resolutions and a strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and attention to detail skills.
  • Professional, collaborative, and eager to learn in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on tasks.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and sound judgment.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States, without sponsorship, for the internship duration.

Compensation:
The hourly rate offered for this role is $30/hour.
