Trident Consulting is  Hiring for  Utility Compliance & Remediation Program Analyst  at Pomona, CA (hybrid role) for a Global  Electric Utility Company. below are the details of the job.

Job Title : Utility Compliance / Remediation Program Analyst-II
Duration : 18+Month Contract (possible extension)
Pay rate : $25-$35/hr on W2 without benefits
Location : Pomona, CA   (Hybrid) (Mon &Tue Onsite)
Schedule : M-F 07 AM- 03:30/04:00pm PST

We are looking for an experienced **Utility Compliance / Program Analyst** to support Transmission & Distribution (T&D) compliance and remediation activities.

What You'll Do:

• Track and manage compliance notifications through the remediation lifecycle.
• Monitor work through dashboards, trackers, and systems of record.
• Analyze large datasets and identify trends, risks, and potential delays.
• Coordinate with district, regional, and internal stakeholders to keep work moving toward compliance deadlines.
• Support scheduling and notification disposition activities.
• Identify resource needs and help resolve issues affecting remediation.
• Maintain accurate and reliable compliance data.
• Prepare weekly and monthly compliance performance reports.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting using **Power BI** and other analytical tools.
• Support continuous improvement across the compliance/remediation process.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of data analytics experience preferably within the utility industry.
• Experience with Transmission & Distribution (T&D) Operations or utility program management
• Strong experience managing, validating, and analyzing large or complex datasets
• Experience with  Power BI and reporting/dashboard platforms.
• Understanding of utility compliance, remediation, scheduling, and notification processes.
• Knowledge of P1/P2/P3 priorities, IPSEC, E1 policy, and GO95 is highly preferred.
• Experience with SAP, Click Schedule, Work It, FMP360, SAS, DM, DCPT, or DCRT is a plus.
• Strong project coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technical, or related field preferred.
