We are in the center of the action as the middlemen between businesses that need to ship freight and the trucking companies that transport the freight. Responsibilities:

•          Take a proactive approach in learning the importance of each task and how it affects the sales process
  
•          Help drive new account growth through prospecting and account penetration
  
•          Effectively communicate with customers via email and telephone
  
•          Attend continuing training classes
  
•          Negotiate fair rates with customers
  
•          Enter and update information within our Fetch database
  
•          Update shippers and receivers on the status of their shipments
  

Qualifications:

•          Bachelor's degree 
  
•          Driven, confident, persistent, and self motivated
  
•          Strong ability to persuade
  
•          Ability to build relationships
  
•          Exceptional customer service skills
  
•          Aggressive and assertive nature
  
•          Proper verbal and written communication
  
•          Strong Problem solving abilities
