Paid Marketing & Social Media Intern

Yosi Kitchen is a family-run Middle Eastern food company built on more than 20 years of cooking, catering, and feeding our community. Shuug is our consumer brand, created to take the sauces and flavors from Yosi Kitchen and package them for people to enjoy at home. Today, Shuug is carried in 300+ stores nationwide, while Yosi Kitchen continues to operate our restaurant and catering business.
We’re looking for a creative, motivated intern to help tell the story of both sides of the business through content and social media. You’ll work directly with our team to shoot and edit short-form content, brainstorm concepts, capture food and behind-the-scenes moments, and help build the personalities of Yosi Kitchen and Shuug online.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assisting with social media content and posting
- Helping identify and manage influencer partnerships
- Brainstorming creative marketing campaigns
- Supporting community management and customer engagement
- Assisting with photoshoots, events, and brand activations
Who We're Looking For
- Interested in marketing, social media, branding, or entrepreneurship
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and current social trends
- Self-starter who enjoys wearing multiple hats
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Passion for food, culture, and storytelling
- Someone who genuinely connects with our mission of bringing Middle Eastern flavors and culture to a wider audience
Beyond day-to-day marketing, you'll have the opportunity to attend food festivals, music festivals, trade shows, and other brand events on behalf of Shuug, with all travel and event costs covered by us.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain real-world experience at an early-stage consumer brand and work directly with the founders as we continue to grow.
