AI/ML Engineering Intern

The role
As an AI/ML Engineering Intern, you’ll help improve the models and LLM pipelines that let our agent find and evaluate candidates.
What you’ll do
- Build and evaluate LLM-based ranking, evaluation, and search pipelines
- Design experiments and metrics to measure model quality
- Ship improvements to production and monitor their impact
What we’re looking for
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or a related field
- Experience with Python and machine learning or LLM tooling
- Curiosity and rigor in measuring what actually works
