Community Outreach Liaison / Marketer

Phoenix Behavioral Health is looking for an outgoing, motivated Community Outreach Liaison/ Marketer to join our growing team.

This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional who loves meeting new people, building relationships, and being out in the community. You do not need years of healthcare experience—we're looking for someone with the right personality, work ethic, communication skills, and drive to grow.

### What You'll Do

You'll represent Phoenix Behavioral Health in the community and build relationships with organizations and professionals who may refer individuals in need of mental health or substance use treatment.

Your day may include:

- Visiting healthcare providers, community organizations, hospitals, schools, and other referral partners- Introducing Phoenix Behavioral Health and explaining our programs- Developing and maintaining relationships with referral sources- Attending community events and networking opportunities- Following up with existing relationships and identifying new opportunities- Working closely with our admissions and leadership teams- Tracking outreach activity and referral growth

A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required. Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, hospitality, healthcare, or community outreach is helpful but not necessary.
