Summer 2027 Communications Outreach Internship
The Indiana Soybean Alliance and Indiana Corn Marketing Council
Communications Outreach Internship will participate in various experiences highlighting Indiana agriculture including international food markets, environmental impacts of farming, biobased products, and consumer and farmer outreach. This valuable position will work closely with the Communications Team to implement diverse projects and outreach efforts through our community partners.
Intern Experiences:
- Interact & Network with Agriculture and Community Partners
- Use Social Media Platforms to Assist in Brand Awareness
- Communicate more broadly about Int’l Trade Sustainable Ag Practices, & Biobased Products
- Create Communications Content such as Videos, Infographics, Articles, Social Media Posts, & Website content
- Present your work to Internal Staff and Board Members
Project Opportunities:
The opportunity to work on projects in all 5 of our organization’s project areas.
- Sustainability - Implementing environmental, community, and economic sustainability programs and resources.
- Market Development - Working with partners to accelerate demand for corn and soybeans in all forms.
- New Uses & Value Creation - Finding new uses for soybeans and corn and increasing the value of what is grown in Indiana.
- Producer Engagement - Providing tools and resources for Indiana farmers.
- Public Affairs - Representing local, state, and national farmer concerns.
