Digital Growth and Content Intern

RapidFunnel is an established Colorado software company entering an exciting new phase of growth. We’re looking for a smart, curious, highly resourceful student or recent graduate who loves digital marketing, technology, content and figuring out how things work.

This is not an internship where you’ll spend your time getting coffee or watching someone else work.

You’ll work directly with our CEO and team on real marketing projects, content creation and digital growth initiatives—including helping us bring new products to market.

What you'll do

Depending on your strengths, you may:

  • Create short-form video for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and other channels
  • Turn longer videos, trainings and conversations into compelling clips and social content
  • Help shoot content in our Littleton studio and occasionally capture informal, behind-the-scenes content
  • Create graphics, landing-page assets and other digital creative
  • Help manage and experiment with social and digital marketing platforms
  • Use AI tools to accelerate content creation, research, editing, ideation and marketing workflows
  • Help us find smarter ways to automate repetitive marketing work
  • Test different messages, hooks and creative approaches and learn from the results
  • Help with product-launch marketing, including app-store assets and promotional campaigns
  • Track basic performance metrics so we know what is actually working

Who we're looking for

We care much more about ability, curiosity and initiative than a perfect résumé.

You might be studying marketing, communications, advertising, digital media, design, entrepreneurship—or something completely different.

You should be someone who:

  • Is extremely comfortable with technology and learns new software quickly
  • Uses AI tools as part of how you work and think
  • Has good visual and creative instincts
  • Understands social media beyond simply being a user of it
  • Can take a rough idea and turn it into something real
  • Isn't intimidated by unfamiliar software or platforms
  • Likes experimenting, solving problems and figuring things out independently
  • Is reliable and comfortable working directly with senior leadership
  • Can be physically present in Littleton when we're shooting or creating content

Experience with tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, Figma, Meta Ads, TikTok, Google Analytics, automation tools or other marketing platforms is a plus—but we don't expect you to know all of them.

Show us what you've made

We would much rather see something interesting you've created than read a long cover letter.

Send us 2–3 examples of your work. They can be:

  • A TikTok, Reel or YouTube video
  • A social account you've helped grow
  • A school project
  • An ad or graphic
  • A website or landing page
  • A marketing campaign
  • Something you've built using AI
  • A personal project you're proud of

Tell us what you did and, if applicable, what happened after you published it.

The opportunity

This position will start at approximately 5–10 hours per week, with flexibility around your class schedule.

You'll get unusual exposure to the real-world process of building, launching and marketing software—and you'll work directly with entrepreneurs who have built and operated a technology company for years.

For the right person, there is an opportunity for the role to grow substantially.

Compensation: $20–$25/hour, depending on experience.
