Job Title: ParaeducatorsLocation: Fitch High School, Groton, ConnecticutApplicants Qualifications:

Possess one (1) of the following:

• Completed two years of college credit (60 credits total); or
• Hold an associate's (or higher) degree; or
• Passed the ParaPro/ParaPathways Assessment within 90 days of start date

Additional Qualifications:

• Ability to work with children with multiple needs
• Capacity to implement lessons written by the Special Education Teacher
• Ability to work cooperatively with Administration, Regular Education Teachers, other assigned Staff, and Parents
• Flexible, dependable, and responsive to new ideas and direction
