Location: North Carolina, Virgina, Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Ohio Employment Type: Full-Time and Part-Time, On-Site
About the Role
We're looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team. You'll work directly with patients — helping them with daily living, monitoring their condition, and making sure they're comfortable and cared for. This isn't a background role. CNAs are on the floor, present with patients, and often the first to notice when something's changed.
What you'll do
- Assist patients with daily activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility - Monitor and record vital signs — temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure - Report changes in patient condition to the nursing staff promptly - Assist with turning and repositioning to prevent pressure injuries - Maintain a clean, safe environment in patient rooms - Follow infection control and safety protocols - Document care provided accurately in the patient record - Offer patients and families a calm, respectful presence
About you
- Active CNA certification in the state you are applying for (required) - CPR/BLS certification (required or willingness to obtain before start) - Strong attention to detail — small changes in a patient's condition matter - Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and perform physical tasks - Reliable, punctual, and a genuine team player - Previous experience in a clinical or long-term care setting preferred, but recent graduates are encouraged to apply
What we offer
- Competitive hourly wages - Health, dental, and vision benefits - Paid time off - Ongoing training and development opportunities - Supportive team environment - Weekly pay
