As an Applied AI Associate, you'll help design and build artificial intelligence solutions that make work smarter, faster, and easier. You'll work alongside experienced engineers to develop AI-powered applications that can analyze documents, answer questions, automate tasks, and support business decision-making.

In this role, you'll explore cutting-edge technologies like generative AI, machine learning, and intelligent automation while helping solve real-world business challenges. You'll collaborate with technology teams and business partners to build tools that improve efficiency, enhance customer experience, and unlock insights from data.

Job Responsibilities

  • Building and testing AI-powered applications
  • Working with tools like ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, and Python
  • Helping AI systems find and use information from company documents and databases
  • Creating prompts and workflows that improve AI performance
  • Analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for automation
  • Testing AI outputs for quality, accuracy, and reliability
  • Collaborating with software developers, data teams, and business leaders
  • Learning how AI can be applied to real-world problems in areas like claims, customer service, operations, and analytics

As required by law, Sedgwick provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in jurisdictions requiring pay transparency in job postings. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and cost of specific location. For the jurisdiction noted in this job posting only, the range of starting pay for this role is $70k-$90k. A comprehensive benefits package is offered including, but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, 401k and matching, PTO, disability and life insurance, employee assistance, flexible spending or health savings account, and other additional voluntary benefits.
