Studio Production Manager
Description
The Hulett Brothers are seeking a full-time Studio Production Manager to join our creative team. This role is critical to helping the Hulett Brothers scale operations, expand our reach, and build high-impact content.
Beyond core operational oversight, this position offers a unique growth opportunity: you will directly co-develop new concepts with the team and receive joint ownership over the co-created 2nd social media account. If you are an entrepreneurial, hands-on creator looking to grow alongside a fast-paced media brand, this role is built for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Set Design & Building: Set design and capable of lite construction of physical sets for video shoots.
- YouTube and Production Planning: Schedule YouTube content, organize set workflows, and direct daily logistics.
- Main Account Ideas: Pitch video concepts and formats for the primary Hulett Brothers channels.
- Second Account Management: Brainstorm, launch, and manage a secondary social media account with shared ownership.
- Collaboration Planning: Organize and execute collaborative shoots with guest creators and partners.
- Editing Oversight: Capable of editing high-quality videos, direct external freelance editors, and organize the content library.
- Communication and Relationship Building: Proactive relationship manage with brands and collaborators.
