Business Management - Entry Level

The Standard Marketing is expanding in Kansas City and hiring an Entry Level Business Manager to support our AT&T sales team. This Entry Level Business Manager role combines sales, business operations, team development, and leadership responsibilities for someone who wants to take on more responsibility over time as they develop more skills within the company.

As an Entry Level Business Manager, you’ll work with local businesses and customers throughout the Kansas City area, introduce AT&T solutions, support daily sales efforts, and learn how a successful sales operation is run.

Management Associate Responsibilities

• Introduce AT&T solutions to local businesses and customers.
• Build and maintain professional business relationships.
• Support daily sales and customer acquisition orders and efforts.
• Work with leadership on team goals, sales performance, and business operations.
• Track sales activity and help identify opportunities to improve results.
• Participate in leadership development focused on sales, communication, and team management.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet individual and team goals.
• Take on additional responsibilities as you develop within the role.

Entry Level Business Manager Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, restaurants, hotels, athletics, clubs, student organizations, or a team-oriented environment is a plus but not required.
• Comfortable working toward individual and team goals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Competitive, motivated, and willing to learn.
• Interested in developing a career in sales, leadership, or management.
• Able to work effectively both independently and with a team.
