Investment Banking Analyst / Associate — Asset Finance Origination & Execution

QueensGiant is a boutique investment bank focused on asset finance, specialty finance, private credit and structured capital markets.

We are seeking an early-career professional to work across both transaction execution and deal origination. This is not a traditional sales role. The candidate will work directly with senior bankers on live mandates while learning how institutional finance business is developed.

Responsibilities include financial analysis and modeling, transaction materials, investor and lender research, diligence and execution support, CRM-driven prospecting, client follow-up, and participation in management and investor calls.

We are looking for someone with strong analytical ability, commercial judgment, persistence and an interest in developing into a banker who can both execute transactions and originate business.

Ideal background: 0–3 years of experience in investment banking, credit, asset management, structured finance, accounting/transaction advisory, or a strong recent graduate with relevant internships.

Compensation should be base salary + performance bonus + meaningful upside for business originated.
