Project Management Engineer

Job responsibilities：

1. Organize and coordinate the entire management process of product R&D projects, including participating in project initiation, overseeing project planning and execution, managing project changes, risks, and issues, and controlling project progress, quality, and personnel coordination.
2. Formulate, track, promote, and maintain project plans to ensure projects are completed on schedule and delivered with high quality.
3. Regularly report project progress and issues to all stakeholders, and promptly coordinate resources to resolve problems.
4. Collect product feedback, continuously standardize and improve product R&D project management processes, summarize project lessons learned, and train new employees.
5. Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.

Job requirements：

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in engineering-related fields such as Electrical Automation, Mechanical Engineering, New Energy, etc.
2. Strong ability to work under pressure and a strong sense of responsibility.
3. Proficient in Excel and other office software
4.Strong initiative, good communication skills, and willingness to coordinate across departments.
5.Eligible to work legally in the U.S. (OPT or Green Card).
