Facilities Engineer

Job responsibilities：

1. Assist in workshop layout and system solution implementation: Support the planning of photovoltaic cell workshop layout, participate in the refinement and execution of technical solutions for utility systems (HVAC, pure water/wastewater, exhaust gas, specialty gas/chemicals, power distribution, etc.), and collect and organize technical documents required for compliance certification in various overseas regions.
2. Construction supervision and coordination: Track and report on-site construction quality and progress of facility utilities (power systems, HVAC, pure water, exhaust gas treatment, substations, etc.), coordinate technical communication between design teams, contractors, and suppliers, and ensure construction meets the technical requirements of photovoltaic cell production processes.
3. Acceptance and documentation: Participate in facility completion acceptance, be responsible for collecting, verifying, and archiving as-built documents, and assist in the technical handover during the transition to operation and maintenance.
Daily operation and equipment maintenance: Conduct routine inspections, operation monitoring, and basic fault handling of production and utility facilities; participate in developing and implementing annual maintenance plans, major/medium/minor repairs, and preventive maintenance programs to ensure stable operation of cell production lines and utility systems.
4. Spare parts management and cost control: Manage spare parts inventory, usage records, and purchase requisitions; assist in optimizing procurement and inventory strategies, and implement operation and maintenance cost control measures.
5. Safety, environmental, and compliance execution: Implement operational standards for environmental emissions, electrical safety, chemical management, and special equipment (such as pressure vessels) in photovoltaic cell production in accordance with safety, environmental, and compliance requirements; assist with on-site safety inspections, hazard rectification, and government inspection applications for overseas projects to ensure facility operations comply with local regulations.

Job requirements：

1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
2. Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
3. Strong communication and coordination skills, organizational execution ability, and proactive service awareness.
4. Conscientious, detail-oriented, and rigorous work attitude; strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure; excellent teamwork spirit and ability to quickly adapt to the work pace.
5.Eligible to work legally in the U.S. (OPT or Green Card).
