Job responsibilities：

1. Participate in the operation and maintenance of quality management systems such as ISO 9001 / IATF 16949.
2. Assist in preparing QC engineering charts, inspection standards, and work instructions.
3. Perform statistical analysis of key process indicators (CPK/PPK) and drive yield improvement projects.
4. Follow up on customer complaint 8D report closure and lead the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
5. Collaborate with R&D to conduct DFMEA analysis, proactively managing design risks at an early stage.
6. Coordinate with the supply chain to carry out supplier quality audits (foundational SQE practice).

 

Job requirements：

1. Expected to graduate in 2027 with a bachelor's degree.
2. Majors in Mechanical Design & Manufacturing, Materials Science, Applied Chemistry, or related engineering fields.
3. Proficient in data analysis using Excel.
4. Strong logical thinking and problem-root-cause analysis skills
5. High sense of responsibility and compliance execution awareness, cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, and ability to work under pressure.
6. Eligible to work legally in the U.S. (OPT or Green Card).
