Clinical Orthopaedic Specialist - Reedsville
We are seeking a Clinical Orthopaedic Specialist to join our team in Reedsville, PA.
This is a full-time W2 position with benefits and an opportunity to work closely with physicians and patients in a fast-paced orthopaedic environment.
Position Overview
The Clinical Specialist will assist with measuring, fitting, and educating patients on physician-directed musculoskeletal support products including orthopaedic braces, fracture care supports, spine bracing systems, and bone growth stimulators. This is a patient-facing clinical role focused on improving patient experience and supporting clinic workflow.
The position is primarily based in Reedsville, PA, with occasional travel to nearby partner clinics when needed.
Responsibilities
- Assist physicians and clinic staff with musculoskeletal patient support needs
- Measure and fit patients with off-the-shelf orthopaedic braces
- Provide patient education on proper product use and care
- Support clinic workflow and patient flow as needed
- Complete documentation related to patient services and product distribution
- Coordinate follow-up communication with patients when appropriate
- Maintain professional communication with physicians, clinical staff, and patients
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Background in Athletic Training, Exercise Physiology, Physical Therapy, or related healthcare field preferred
- ATC, PTA, or COTA certification strongly preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Ability to remain organized in a fast-paced clinical environment
