Digital Artist Job DescriptionEmployment Type: Full-TimeWork Location: On-Site - Cumming, GeorgiaSchedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PMPosition Purpose: Create clear, accurate visual content that helps customers understand iSpring products and supports the company’s brands across sales and marketing channels.Position SummaryiSpring Water Systems is seeking a Digital Artist to develop and produce visual content for its water filtration products and brands. The artist works with an in-house team of photographers, video producers, and graphic designers, taking projects from concept through final production. The role requires strong design judgment, reliable follow-through, and the ability to manage several projects at once.Concept Development and DesignDevelop original visual concepts based on project goals, product information, brand standards, and channel requirements.Translate briefs and feedback into sketches, layouts, storyboards, or other design directions; refine approved concepts through final production.Create graphics and layouts for product listings, advertisements, brochures, manuals, websites, social media, and corporate materials.
Product and Marketing ContentDevelop clear product images, diagrams, and visual explanations that show features, installation steps, and customer benefits accurately.Coordinate with product, marketing, and sales teams to confirm specifications, claims, dimensions, and copy before publication.Adapt approved artwork for different platforms, formats, sizes, and campaigns while maintaining consistent branding.
Multimedia ProductionCollaborate with the photographer and video producer on campaign concepts, shot lists, visual assets, and production needs.Support video, commercial, and social content with graphics, retouching, editing, or motion assets as skills and project needs allow.Prepare production-ready files and review exported work for resolution, legibility, color, spelling, and technical accuracy.
Workflow and CollaborationManage timelines, priorities, revisions, and handoffs across concurrent assignments; flag obstacles early.Organize working files, source assets, fonts, and final deliverables so the team can locate and reuse approved work.Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and maintain a consistent standard of quality across channels.
Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in graphic design, photography, film, animation, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.At least three years of experience using Adobe Creative Cloud to produce professional visual work.A portfolio demonstrating design fundamentals, concept development, and finished digital or print work.Strong written and reading proficiency in English; careful attention to detail in visual and written content.Ability to communicate clearly, incorporate feedback, manage deadlines, and work on multiple projects.
Preferred QualificationsPhotography, videography, and lighting experience.Video editing with Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro; motion graphics with After Effects.UI/UX design experience for e-commerce or product websites.Experience designing physical product interfaces, including operating logic.Experience with Cinema 4D or other 3D rendering tools.Experience producing e-commerce product listings, manuals, or consumer product marketing assets.Mandarin language proficiency.
Success MeasuresVisual deliverables meet project briefs, brand standards, and channel specifications.Product details and claims are checked with the appropriate teams before release.Projects and revisions are completed on schedule with clear communication about priorities.Final files are accurate, production-ready, and organized for future use.
