Are you an Occupational Therapist who loves working with children?

B&V Thera-Pro Associates, Corp. is actively hiring Pediatric Occupational Therapists to join our team in Miami!

We are looking for compassionate, motivated OTs who are passionate about helping children reach their developmental and functional goals. Experienced pediatric OTs and new graduates are encouraged to apply!

🧸 What You'll Do

  • Provide individualized occupational therapy services to pediatric patients.
  • Address fine motor, sensory processing, visual-motor, coordination, self-care, and developmental skills.
  • Create fun, engaging, and age-appropriate treatment activities.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
  • Communicate with parents and caregivers regarding patient goals and progress.
  • Collaborate with other members of the child's therapy team.
  • Complete required evaluations and clinical documentation.

⭐ What We're Looking For

  • Occupational Therapist licensed or eligible for licensure in Florida.
  • Pediatric experience is a plus, but not required.
  • New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply!
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Compassionate, dependable, and enthusiastic approach to working with children.
  • Willingness to learn and grow as a pediatric clinician.
