Architectural Project Associate

Chipman Design Architecture is seeking an Architectural Project Associate with 1-5 years of relevant architectural experience to support the design and documentation of retail, restaurant and commercial projects. In this role, you'll collaborate with Project Managers and project teams to develop drawing sets, conduct code research, assist with permitting and prepare construction documents using Revit and/or AutoCAD. 

This is a hybrid position, and candidates must be able to work in our office three days per week. Experience with architectural documentation, building codes and permitting processes is preferred. 

Requirements:

• 1-5 years of relevant architectural experience
• Professional degree in Architecture or related field
• Proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in-office three days per week in a hybrid environment
